It was great to see that 94% of respondents were Satisfied, with 76% rating their satisfaction as "Very Satisfied" or "Extremely Satisfied". They say you can't please all the people all the time - but we'd like to try, so will be in touch with some of you to get a better understanding of your needs.

We asked for some suggestions for future program enhancements and received a number of helpful ideas. One that came up a few times was the cloning of security details for loans. Other users asked for some extra fields in records and in mail-merge. We'll certainly be looking at how to include these ideas in our next major upgrade and appreciate the feedback.

While not everyone liked the on-line videos (or even on-line help), most did, so we will continue to add to these. However, a downloadable PDF manual is also now available if you'd prefer.

"We have been an avid user / advocate of LoanLinx since inception. We see no reason to change. Its functionality, flexibility, technical integrity and support are of the highest order. Every finance broker should at least consider the benefits of LoanLinx to their practice."
