This is what our users told us in our March 2010 survey. This was actually for LoanLinx - before LinxCRM was released. Many of the suggestions made were incorporated into the new version. We thank everyone again for their contributions.

It was great to see that 94% of respondents were Satisfied, with 76% rating their satisfaction as "Very Satisfied" or "Extremely Satisfied". They say you can't please all the people all the time - but we'd like to try, so will be in touch with some of you to get a better understanding of your needs.

We asked for some suggestions for future program enhancements and received a number of helpful ideas. One that came up a few times was the cloning of security details for loans. Other users asked for some extra fields in records and in mail-merge. We'll certainly be looking at how to include these ideas in our next major upgrade and appreciate the feedback.

While not everyone liked the on-line videos (or even on-line help), most did, so we will continue to add to these. However, a downloadable PDF manual is also now available if you'd prefer.
