How It Works

If you have access to the internet then you can call us using our special Free Call service entirely without charge. All you need to do is click the "Free Call" button below (or wherever you see it on this site) then enter your phone number, click Call and your phone will ring.

Note: You may be asked if you wish to accept the call. This is a security measure and does NOT mean you are accepting charges! The call will be free to you. If you have entered your main switchboard number please alert the person answering the phone to accept the call and put it through to you. CAUTION: Do not just hang up without accepting the call - the security system will assume it was a hoax call and block your number from using the service again. (Sorry about that, but we didn't design the system!)

Even from Mobiles & Overseas

You can talk for as long as you like - even from your mobile or overseas (USA, Canada, UK or New Zealand) and it will cost you nothing. You don't need to stay on-line or use any special equipment - just click Call and the system will ring your number and then connect you to us.

If calling from a landline, don't forget to include your area code. If calling from overseas, just enter your number as if you were giving it to someone in your own country - no need to add your international access code, the plus symbol, or your country code. Simply click the button to show which country you are calling from and we'll do the rest!

Hours of Operation

You can call 24/7 but our phones are manned Mon - Fri, 9am - 5pm, AEST (Queensland, Australia time). If you call outside these times please leave a message with your contact details and we'll get back to you as soon as possible.

The service is primarily designed for sales enquiries but can also be used for support (once a Support Request has been submitted via the Gold Pass Member's Lounge).
