How It Works

To use our Free Call service just click the "Free Call" button below (or wherever you see it on this site), enter your phone number, then click Call and your phone will ring.


Note: You may be asked if you wish to accept the call. This is a security measure and does NOT mean you are accepting charges! The call will be free to you. If you have entered your main switchboard number please alert the person answering the phone to accept the call and put it through to you. CAUTION: Please do not just hang up without accepting the call - the security system will assume it was a hoax call and block your number from using the service again. (Sorry about that, but we didn't design the system!)


Once the call is accepted you will be connected to one of our team.

Hours of Operation

You can call 24/7 but our phones are manned Mon - Fri, 9am - 5pm, AEST (Queensland, Australia time). If you call outside these times or during public holidays please leave a message with your contact details and we'll get back to you as soon as possible.

The service is primarily designed for sales enquiries but can also be used for support (once a Support Request has been submitted via the Gold Pass Member's Lounge).
